As I reflect on my journey through the realm of Information Technology, it’s clear that challenges have been the catalysts for my growth and evolution as a leader. In my current role as a Technical Architect at NeoSOFT Digital Pvt. Ltd., I am entrusted with initiating a new vertical and building capabilities. This challenge has pushed me to think strategically, make pivotal decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver quality solutions. By embracing this opportunity, I have not only expanded my skill set but also contributed to the growth and sustainability of the organization.

Prior to this, my tenure as a Group Project Manager (Tech) at Josh Software Pvt. Ltd. presented its own set of challenges.
